Privacy policy
This policy explains local storage and online connections in Stakebound and the Stakebound website.
Game progress on your device
The native game stores your best distance, completed crossings, total rows, daily results, collected finds and sound preference in the app’s private storage. Practice does not add to completed-run totals. These records are not included in the app’s startup request.
Startup connection
When there is no saved launch decision, the app contacts an online service. The request includes the application identifier. Fields for a push token, advertising identifier and AppsFlyer identifier are sent empty; this build does not obtain those identifiers or include their tracking libraries.
A network connection makes your IP address and ordinary request information, including browser identification, available to the receiving service. The response may direct the app to online content or to the native game. The decision and initial online address are stored locally. A successful saved decision is reused on later launches. A failed request can be retried on a later launch.
Cookies and online pages
The startup service may set cookies. They are stored privately with their host, path and expiry restrictions. A cookie without an explicit expiry may be retained locally for up to 400 days. Server expiry instructions can remove it earlier.
Online pages use a separate browser cookie store and may use local storage. Information you enter on those pages is handled by the destination service according to the terms and notices shown there. Review those notices before sharing information. This policy does not make promises about another service’s retention or use of data.
This website and support
These pages use no forms, client-side scripts, analytics tags or remote fonts. Delivering a page still requires ordinary hosting traffic, which may include an IP address, requested path, time and browser information. Hosting providers may process that traffic to deliver and protect the service.
If you email support, your email provider and the recipient process your address, message and any attachments. Share only what is needed to explain your request. Do not send passwords, payment details or unrelated personal information.
Deleting local data
In Android settings, open Apps, Stakebound, Storage, then clear the app’s data. This removes native progress, the saved launch decision and app browser storage, including cookies. Uninstalling the app also removes its local data. This build excludes app data from Android cloud backup and device transfer.
Clearing local data does not remove information already received by an online service or sent by email. For questions about such information, contact the service concerned or use the contact address below.
Permissions and changes
The app requests internet access. This build does not request access to contacts, precise location, microphone, camera or advertising identifiers. If the app’s data handling changes, this policy will be updated.
